Hey, at least you're honest. Of course no girl would want a guy to treat them badly all the time. (a total jerk) However girls tend to like boys who stand out from the crowd in what you call a "badass and gentlemanly and romantic" way. It's a kind of roguish charm. A good example would be Chiyaki from Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne.
By contrast guys tend to like sweet girls. (read the other tread) I think it's instinctive. Have fun. ^^
